Exchange/Return Notes

What should I check before asking to combine separate orders?

Keep the original confirmations until the revised arrangement is documented. Keep the seller's acknowledgment tied to both original references.

How should I interpret a product labeled as recommended?

Avoid treating prominence on a page as a documented product benefit. Ask about missing information essential to your intended use.

What should I check if checkout reports a payment problem?

Check whether the selected payment method is actually offered for the purchase. Check any confirmation received after the apparent error.
